Video-conference communautaire: 'Tired of being tired: Fatigue Management' à l'école secondaire régionale Richmond (375 rue Armstrong, Richmond).

Townshippers' Association in partnership with the Community Learning Centre at Richmond Regional High School hots a live and interactive videoconferencing session exploring the topic of fatigue and how to manage it on Wednesday, May 16 from 10am to 12pm. The free session will be presented by France Hudon, R.N. A nurse specialist and lecturer at the University of Montreal who works with health care professionals in clinics and hospitals focusing on fatigue management.  Ms. Hudon will discuss the mental and physical effects of fatigue as well as the cause, signs and symptoms of fatigue and what to do about it.  For more information and to pre-register call Townshippers' Association at 819-566-5717 or email [email protected]
